We need voluntary minibus drivers and passenger assistants
to transport the following:

Community, Voluntary and Educational groups
Individuals with mobility restrictions from our
local community in our 22 Minibuses
most of which have wheel chair passenger lifts

Out of pocket expenses are paid.

Halton Community Transport has been providing community transport services to the borough for over 30 years. We do so with a combination of paid staff and volunteers under the control of our Management Committee Members/Trustees as a Company Limited by Guarantee and Charity.

We are currently looking for additional members for our Management Committee which operates in a voluntary unremunerated capacity; do you think you could help?

You will need to be a resident of Halton and comply with Companies House and the Charity Commissions regulations for Directors/Trustees.

What we are asking from you is a basic commitment of 2-3 hours per month to attend our meetings and be involved in the decision making that allows us to remain a vibrant community led organisation. Meetings typically take place once a month on;

Tuesday evenings from 6 to 8pm at our HQ in Widnes.
